Zusammenfassung
Inkubation von isolierten Rattenhodenzellkernen mit Nikotinamidadenindinukleotid induzierte die Bildung von Polyadenosindiphosphatribose, eine Hemmung der Ca2+, Mg2+-abhängigen, alkalischen Endonuklease und paradoxerweise eine Stimulation der Mg2+-abhängigen, sauren Endonuklease.
