Résumé

Des graines «sèches» de nigelles ont été irradiées par des doses fractionnées (2×2 krads) d'électrons accélérés (34 MeV). Une diminution très significative des taux de toutes les lésions chromosomiques a lieu entre les intervalles de temps 20 et 30 sec. Après un traitement des graines par 2 agents de chélation (DP et DIECA), il y a suppression de l'effet.
