Zusammenfassung

Nachweis, dass gereinigtes,d-Glukose bindendes Protein aus der Biotin-Mangelmutante vonAspergillus nidulans an der Gel-Elektrophorese einen einzigen Ring zeigte. Das Protein ist hitzeunbeständig und hat einenKm-Wert von 5,26×10−4 M und seine Aktivität wurde, mit Ausnahme vond-Galaktose undd-Mannose, durch verschiedene Zucker nicht beeinträchtigt.
