Summary
α-α- Diphenyl-α- propoxyacetic acid-l-methyl-4-piperidyl ester hydrochloride(propiverine) significantly decreased the volume-pressure ratio of the rat urinary bladder and suppressed efferent nervous activity of the bladder branch of the pelvic nerve during vesical extension.
