Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    Mäusegruppen eignen sich gut zum Nachweise der Wirkung harntreibender Mittel.

  2. 2.

    Man kann innerhalb von 4 Stunden eine zwei-bis vierfache Vermehrung der Normalharnmenge durch Theophyllin, Strophanthin und Harnstoff nachweisen.

  3. 3.

    Die diuretische Dosis ist bei Theophyllin und Harnstoff 14%, bei Strophanthin 50% der tödlichen.
