Abstract
Changes of the elbow skin with aging, mainly sagging, wrinkling, and redundancy, are of special concern to its bearers. Although these deformities can be corrected by the usual brachial dermolipectomy the resulting scar is not always satisfactory. Furthermore, since such deformities are not necessarity associated with arm flaccidity, brachial dermolipectomy may be a more extensive procedure than is necessary. A simple technique is proposed, which leaves a minimal horizontal scar and excises the worse area of affected skin.
