Versuche und kritische Betrachtungen zur immuno-elektrophoretischen Untersuchung der Innenohrflüssigkeiten

Zusammenfassung

Lymphuntersuchungen an der Meerschweinchen-Cochlea zeigen, daß durch Punktion gewonnene Peri- und Endolymphe stets durch Blutbeimengungen verunreinigt ist.Reine Innenohr- Lymphe läßt sich nur mit der Gefriermethode gewinnen. Die Untersuchungen kleinster Lymph-portionen mit der Immuno-Elektrophorese lassen beim Normaltierin der Perilymphe konstanteine Albuminfraktion erkennen,in der Endolymphe daneben nocheine Globulinfraktion. Nach adäquatem Reiz kommt es zum Auftreten niedermolekularer Eiweißfraktionen in der Perilymphe, die darauf hinweisen, daß dieLymphe aktiv am Stoffwechsel der Cochlea teilnimmt.
