Zusammenfassung
-
1.
Summary
-
1.
After a short review of the anatomical conditions, clinic and pathology of the membranous occlusions of the foramina of Monroi, Magendii, and Luschkae are discussed on the basis of five own cases and those of the literature.
-
2.
These occlusions are usually caused by infectious processes. Signs of infectious diseases non the less lack in about one half of the histologically analysed cases in the anamnestic data (so called silent meningitis).
-
3.
Diagnosis of an occlusion of one of the foramina must be considered in every case of obstruction of the circulation of cerebrospinal fluid.
-
4.
Operative removal of the obstacle conducts to a normal circulation of cerebrospinal fluid.
Résumé
-
1.
