Biochemical studies of CELO virus: an oncogenic avian adenovirus

Summary

The onset of viral mRNA and DNA synthesis in CELO virus infected cells occurred about 5 and 8 h respectively after infection. Viral maturation occurred approximately 6 h after DNA synthesis at 14h post infection.
