Summary

Lipoprotein lipase activity was determined in Zucker rats by assaying VLDL radioactivity. Animals were i.v. injected with3H2-oleic acid and14C-glycerol with or without Triton WR 1339. This enzymatic activity was higher infa/fa rats than in non-obeseFa/-rats.
