Der Gehalt des Hypophysenhinterlappens an uteruserregender Substanz unter verschiedenen Bedingungen

Zusammenfassung

Nach Hg- und Diphtherietoxinvergiftung sinkt der Gehalt der Hypopliyse der Ratte an uteruserregender Substanz häufig sehr stark ab; wirkungslos war dagegen die As-Vergiftung und intensive Röntgenbestrahlung. Nach faradischer Reizung der Halssympathici fand sich in vier von fünf Versuchen eine Steigerung der in der Hypophyse enthaltenen uteruserregenden Substanz. Die Schilddrüsenentfernung ist ohne Einfluß auf den Gehalt an uteruserregender Substanz, nach Schilddrüsenfütterung scheint sie etwas abzusinken. Die CO-Vergiftung ist wirkungslos.
