Summary
Exposure of hydra to 3.25×10−3 M BrdU selectively altered differentiation in the animal's pluripotent I-cell population. It is suggested, therefore, that this analog may represent a valid probe to analyze the controls regulating cellular differentiation in in vivo populations of pluripotent cells.
