Summary
Illumination during the photoinhibited phase of the development ofCoprinus congregatus reduced fruiting. This inhibitory effect of light was dependent on the radiant flux density and on temperature. Radiant fluxes far lower than the flux provided by moonlight elicited photoresponses.
