Comments on the genetic stability of aphid clones

Summary

No segregants were found amongst 2343 descendants from 35 different clones of the aphidMacrosiphum rosae (L.). The clones were heterozygous with respect to the enzymes malate dehydrogenase and/or phosphoglucomutase.
