Phosphate mediated regulation of some of the enzymes of carbohydrate metabolism inNeurospora crassa

Summary

The levels of FDP aldolase, isocitrate lyase, isocitrate dehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase and glucose-6-P dehydrogenase were found to be rugulated by inorganic phosphate in the growth medium. The possible regulatory aspects have been discussed.
