Zusammenfassung

Der in Form eines hochmolekularen Komplexes von den Plättchen freigesetzte, heparinneutralisierende Faktor (PF 4) konnte reversibel in ein Träger-Material und ein aktives Protein (Molekulargewicht ca. 30000) aufgespalten werden.
