Zusammenfassung

Mit Hilfe der Gefrierätzung wurde die Oberfläche glatter Muskelzellen von Kaninchenarterien (A. ilica) dargestellt. Die Aufsicht zeigt ein charakteristisches Muster von parallel zur Zellachse verlaufenden Streifen, welche aus einer bis mehreren Reihen einheitlich grosser Membraneinstülpungen (Caveolae intracellulares) bestehen.
