Zusammenfassung

Eine Methode wird beschrieben, die es erlaubt, einzelne Hefezellen freihändig, d. h. ohne Zuhilfenahme eines Mikromanipulators, zu isolieren. Diese Methode mag Anwendung finden bei Einzelzellisolationen, Stammbaumanalysen, Tetradenanalysen und Zell-zu-Zell-Paarungen.
