Die Messung des Denaturationsdunktes als Parameter für die thermale Reaktion des Kollagens in geometrisch komplexen Geweben oder von Kollagenen verschiedener Reifegrade wird beschrieben und Beispiele im Bereich von Altersunterschieden und Wundheilung werden gegeben.
