Die Bindung von14C-Halothanmetaboliten an mikrosomales Protein wurde in vitro in mikrosomalen Inkubationen und in vivo and der Maus untersucht. Tryptische Spaltung des Proteins zeigt, dass die Radioaktivität kovalent gebunden ist.
