Résumé
La cardiolipine est le principal phospholipide dansM. smegmatis CDC. Il constitue le 45% du phospholipide total. Elle est suivie d'une quantité de phosphatidylinositolmannosides. DansM. phlei ATCC 354 au contraire, ces derniers représentent le 46% du phospholipide total. Le monomannophosphoinositide y est présent en plus forte concentration que la cardiolipine.
