Zusammenfassung
An Blattmaterial vonEpilobium wird gezeigt, daß die im Rahmen der Methode vonOgur undRosen (1950) erfolgende Extraktion der Nucleinsäuren unvollständig ist und hierbei erhebliche Mengen Desoxyribonucleinsäure (DNS) unberücksichtigt bleiben. Durch Extraktion mit konzentrierterer Perchlorsäure (2 n gegenüber 0,5 n) ebenso wie nach basischer Hydrolyse sind größere DNS-Mengen nachweisbar. Unter Hinweis auf Untersuchungen vonChiba undSugahara (1957) wird auf Anwendungsmöglichkeiten der Untersuchungsergebnisse aufmerksam gemacht.
