Alcohol dehydrogenase, octanol dehydrogenase and fumarase isozyme patterns inDrosophila tissue culture cells were compared with the respective isozyme development pattern in the parental strain. The cell line lacks ADH activity and its fumarase isozyme pattern resembles the pupae and adult type.
