Die Wirkung von Hämatoporphyrin auf die Bildung von antigonadotropen Stoffen im Blut

Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    Durch wiederholte Injektionen von Hämatoporphyrin (Photodyn, Nordmarkwerke) können beim Kaninchen Hemmstoffe gegen das gonadotrope Hormon erzeugt werden.

  2. 2.

    Im Verlauf der über 6 Monate fortgesetzten Behandlung treten im Serum auch progonadotrope Stoffe auf, die die Wirkung von gonadotropem Hormon steigern.

  3. 3.

    Der unter der Porphyrinwirkung gebildete Hemmstoff kann gegen gonadotropes Hormon aus Serum und aus Schwangerenharn getestet werden.

  4. 4.

    Unter der fortgesetzten Porphyrineinwirkung wird eine Zunahme der Erythrocyten beobachtet. Der Hämoglobingehalt und das weiße Blutbild verändern sich nicht.
