Zusammenfassung

Ratten zeigen unter leichter Pentobarbitalnarkose ein Selbstreizverhalten, wobei sie die «belohnenden» Hirnreize durch Kontraktion bestimmter Muskelgruppen auslösen. Das Lernverhalten scheint demnach zu jenen Gehirnfunktionen zu gehören, die durch Narkose relativ wenig beeinträchtigt werden.
