Zusammenfassung
Nachweis, dass die 5β-Reduktion von [14C]Cholesterol homogenisierter Fäces durch Milch, Laktose und Galaktose gehemmt wurde, wobei die Hemmung unspezifisch war und auch mit anderen Zuckern erzielt werden konnte.
