Zusammenfassung

Hirnregionen der gallamin-immobilisierten Katze wurde mittels «push-pull»-Kanülen perfundiert. Die im Perfusat freigesetzten endogenen Katecholamine wurden radioenzymatisch gemessen. Chlorpromazin,d-Amphetamin oder Oxotremorin (i. v.) erhöhten den «output» von Dopamin aus dem Nucleus caudatus und Chlorpromazin zusätzlich denjenigen von hypothalamischem Noradrenalin durch verschiedene Mechanismen.
