Die Wirkung von Noradrenalin auf den peripheren vaskulären Widerstand wurde am isolierten Kaninchenohr untersucht und festgestellt, dass die Wirkung einer α-adrenergen Stimulation durch β-adrenerge Stimulation verstärkt wird.
