Zusammenfassung

Mittels Ultrazentrifugation von infektiöser Ascitesflüssigkeit bei 125.000×g und einem gereinigten zellfreien Extrakt konnte ein RNS-Virus als infektiöses Agens und Ursache der Leukämie und eines Lymphosarkoms nachgewiesen werden. Einzelne Mäusestämme erwiesen sich als resistent.
