Reaktionskinetische Studien an Enzymen mittels Laser-Interferometrie

Summary

An enzymatic reaction is followed by measuring the index of refraction with an accuracy of 10−6, using an interferometer and a CW He−Ne-laser. The evaluation of the results shows that the kinetics is of the first order.
