Zusammenfassung

Orale Gabe von Dimethylamin oder Methylbenzylamin zusammen mit Natriumnitrit bewirkte eine synergistische Hemmung der Protein-Synthese in der Leber von Mäusen. Ausserdem hemmte die kombinierte Gabe von Dimethylamin und Nitrit synergistisch die Synthese nuklearer RNS in der Leber.
