Zusammenfassung
Zwei Ochratoxinanaloge, Ochratoxin TA (OTA) und TC (OTC) wurden aus Ochratoxin-α chemisch synthetisiert indem Phenylalanin und sein Äthylester im Molekül durch Tyrosin und Tyrosinäthylester substituiert wurden. Der Hühnerembryonentest ergab, dass OTC etwas toxischer und OTA etwas weniger toxisch ist als Ochratoxin A (OA).
