The effect of chelating agents on the distribution of210Po in rats

Zusammenfassung

Es wurde der Einfluss verschiedener intraperitoneal oder peroral verabreichter Chelatbildner auf die Verteilung von210Po im Organismus der Ratte untersucht. Die Wirksamkeit nimmt in der Reihenfolge: 2,3-Dimercaptopropan-1-sulfonat>Diäthyldithiocarbaminat >2-Mercaptopropionyl-glycin>d-Penicillamin ab, während Diäthylentriaminpentaacetat sich als unwirksam erwies.
