Zusammenfassung

Nachweis, dass aus Ratten- und Mausleberzellen isolierte, an Zellkernmembrane gebundene DNS, im Vergleich zum totalen Zellkern-DNS besonders reich an wiederholenden Sequenzen waren. Diese DNS stammt vermutlich aus peripherem Heterochromatin und ist an die Membran hauptsächlich durch Ionen gebunden.
