Zusammenfassung

Im fötalen Blut erreicht die Konzentration von {ie459-1} in der 30. Schwangerschaftswoche ihr Maximum. Im mütterlichen Blut tritt während der Schwangerschaft kein Konzentrationsanstieg auf. Hingegen wurden bei Erwachsenen mit verschiedenen malignen Tumoren erhöhte Serumkonzentrationen beobachtet.
