Riassunto

Il Baclofen (acido β-clorofenil-γ-aminobutirrico), a differenza del GABA, non modifica la conduttanza di membrana della fibra muscolare di aragosta. Il Baclofen riduce la liberazione di acetilcolina dal midollo spinale di rana; tale effetto è minore di quello prodotto dal GABA. Le due sostanze sembrano agire attraverso differenti meccanismi.
