Zusammenfassung

Die Harnstoffpermeabilität der glatten Muskelzellen der Portalvene von Ratten wurde im Temperaturbereich zwischen 15 und 37°C untesucht. Sowohl die14C-Harnstoff- wie die24Na+-Elimination zeigten einen Q10 von etwa 2,4. Aktive und passive Transportprozesse in der glatten Gefässmuskulatur können wahrscheinlich nicht ausschliesslich durch die Bestimmung des Temperaturkoeffizienten unterschieden werden.
