Zusammenfassung
Nachweis, dass diverse Hemmstoffe der proteolytischen Enzyme den Einbau ihrer Vorgänger in Protein und RNS vonPlasmodium berghei bei in vitro-Kultur in Mäuse-Erythrozyten verhindern, eine Hemmung, die teilweise durch Aminosäuren rückgängig gemacht wird. Diese Daten sprechen für einen Aminosäure-Entzug durch die Proteinase-Hemmstoffe im Parasiten, wobei der Hämoglobinabbau blockiert wird.
