Zusammenfassung

Nach Trypsinbehandlung abgetrennte Froschepidermis von bis zu 5 cm ø zeigt dieselbe Potenialdifferenz, Stromkurzschluss- und Sulfatpermeabilität wie die unveränderte Froschhaut. Die präparierte Epidermis besitzt fast keine Hautdrüsen, Jedoch fast völlig verschlossene Drüsenausführungsgänge.
