Evidence that morphine increases dopamine utilization in corpora striata of rats

Zusammenfassung

Nach Hemmung der Dopaminsynthese beschleunigte Morphin bei Ratten die Abnahme der Dopaminkonzentration im Corpus striatum. Dieser Effekt, der durch Naloxon gehemmt wurde, lässt sich durch eine Erhöhung des Dopamin-Umsatzes im Corpus striatum unter Einfluss von Morphin erklären.
