Zusammenfassung

Nach Hemmung der Dopaminsynthese beschleunigte Morphin bei Ratten die Abnahme der Dopaminkonzentration im Corpus striatum. Dieser Effekt, der durch Naloxon gehemmt wurde, lässt sich durch eine Erhöhung des Dopamin-Umsatzes im Corpus striatum unter Einfluss von Morphin erklären.
