Zusammenfassung

Es wird über weitere Verwendungsmöglichkeiten der Phenacyloxy-Gruppe in der Peptidsynthese berichtet. Phenacyloxyester reagieren leicht mit Hydrogencyanid unter Bildung der entsprechenden 2-Cyano-2-phenyl-vinyl-ester, welch letztere Derivate sich als gute Acylierungsmittel erwiesen.
