In-vitro-Nachweis der Hemmung der Proteo- und Nukleosynthese in den EAC-Zellen, sowie des Wachstums der HeLa-Zellen mit folgenden Derivaten des Tetrazyklins: Anhydrotetrazyklin, 4α, 12α-Anhydrodedimethylaminotetrazyklin und 12α-Deoxydedimethylaminotetrazyklin.
