Oxydemetonmethyl induziert rezessive Letalmutation im Insektizid-resistenten Stamm Hikone R vonDrosophila melanogaster. Am Wildstamm berlin ist, bedingt durch die hohe Toxizität des Insektizids, eine Testung mit höheren Dosen als 0.04 mM nicht möglich.
