Zusammenfassung

Das Reifen der “Pisang”-Frucht wird durch Verpackung in feuchtem Kokosbastpulver verzögert. Reifungsversuche in Luftströmung mit kontrollierter Feuchtigkeit haben einen Zusammenhang zwischen verzögertem Reifen und hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit nachgewiesen.
