Zusammenfassung

In zellfreien Extrakten vonUlva lactuca wurde papierchromatographisch die Transaminierung von 15 Aminosäuren mit α-Ketoglutarsäure und von 10 Aminosäuren mit Brenztraubensäure nachgewiesen.

Bei der Extraktion und Messung der Glutamat-Aspartat-Transaminase in verschiedenen Puffern wurde eine Inhibitorwirkung von Phosphatpuffer und 0,25%iger Carbonatlösung beobachtet. Die optimalen Bedingungen wurden im Diäthanolaminpuffer gemessen.

Die Aktivitäten von Glutamat-Aspartat- und Glutamat-Alanin-Transaminase stehen zueinander im Verhältnis 34∶1.

Eine enzymatisch katalysierte reduktive Aminierung wurde sowohl für α-Ketoglutarsäure wie auch für Asparaginsäure gemessen.

Glutaminsäure-Dehydrogenase und Asparaginsäure-Dehydrogenase reagieren sowohl mit DPN wie mit TPN. Die Aktivität ist mit DPN ungefähr dreimal so groß.

Die Ergebnisse werden hinsichtlich des Aminosäurestoffwechsels inUlva lactuca diskutiert.
