Abstract

The solubility of Malathion and Lindane in Risella oil No. 17 and their distribution on filter-paper were examined with the aid of gaschromatography. Although the pesticides were not completely soluble in Risella oil, their distribution on filter-paper was even. The FAO-Method was changed in the way, that acetone was used as first solvent for the insecticides.

Zusammenfassung

Es wurde das Lösungsverhalten von Malathion und Lindan in Risella-17-Öl sowie die Verteilung der Wirkstoffe auf Filterpapier gaschromatographisch überprüft. Dabei zeigte sich, daß die Wirkstoffe nur unvollständig in Lösung gingen, ihre Verteilung jedoch gleichmäßig war. Die Lösungsvorschrift der FAO-Methode Nr. 15 wurde dahingehend geändert, daß die Wirkstoffe zunächst in Aceton gelöst werden.
