Abstract

Six different pheromone traps were tested in the laboratory to catch the Mediterranean Flour Moth,Ephestia kühniella. In 15 sets of experiments 2 traps were compared by pairs. The best results were achieved with the Detia Mottenindikator (Detia-Degesch GmbH, Laudenbach, Germany) and the Trappit Funnel trap (Biological Control-Systems Limited, England). The other 4 traps were: A-Trap Combi (Ciba-Geigy A. G., Switzerland), Trappit-Delta-Trap (Biological Control-Systems Limited, UK), Traptest® (Istituto G. Donegani, Italy) and Mastrap® (Istituto G. Donegani, Italy).

Zusammenfassung

Sechs verschiedene Pheromonfallen wurden im Labor bezüglich ihrer Fangleistung auf die Mehlmotte,Ephestia kühniella Zeller, getestet. Je zwei Fallen wurden miteinander verglichen, was 15 Paarvergleiche ergab. Die höchsten Fangzahlen erzielten der Detia Mottenindikator (Detia-Degesch GmbH, Laudenbach, Deutschland) und die Trappit-Trichterfalle (Biological Control-Systems Limited, England). Die anderen 4 Fallen waren: A-Trap Combi (Ciba-Geigy AG, Schweiz), Trappit-Deltafalle (Biological Control-Systems Limited, England), Traptest® (Istituto G. Donegani, Italien) und Mastrap® (Istituto G. Donegani, Italien).
