Zur Wirkung von Fungiziden auf den Apfelmehltau

Studies on effects of spraying fungicides on apple powdery mildew

Abstract

Out of three fungicides namely Bavistin, Benlate and Saprol, Benlate was best of protectant and eradicant against powdery mildew of apple followed by Bavistin and Saprol. Saprol was best at post inoculation and at symptom expression but other two were better when the disease was in higher intensity. All the fungicides did not allow the new spores to be produced on existing lesions for 26 days. Saprol was more tenacious than the other two.

Zusammenfassung

Die Fungizide Carbendazim (Bavistin), Benomyl (Benlate) und Saprol wurden hinsichtlich ihrer Wirkung auf die Entwicklung und Sporulation des Apfelmehltaues sowie darauflin untersucht, welchen Einfluß starker Regen auf ihre Wirksamkeit hat. Am wirkungsvollsten erwies sich Benlate, gefolgt von Bavistin und Saprol, wobei der günstigste Applikationszeitpunkt kurz nach der Infektion lag. Die Fungizide zeigten sowohl schützende als auch bekämpfende Wirkung. Sie verhinderten die Sporulation für mindestens 26 Tage. Nach Behandlung der mit den Fungiziden besprühten Blätter mit einem scharfen Wasserstrahl (analog einem starken Regen) sank die Fungizidwirkung rapide.
