Zusammenfassung

Im Ganglion ciliare normaler ausgewachsener Ratten werden elektronenmikroskopisch granulierte oder «dense core» Vesikula von etwa 900 bis 1200 Å Durchmesser festgestellt (in Nervenfasern, im Zytoplasma von Nervenzellen und in Präsynapsen). Reserpin (Serpasil®, Ciba) verursachte keine nennenswerte Änderung in Zahl oder Lokalisation der Vesikula, hingegen eine Abnahme ihrer Kerndichte.
