Zusammenfassung

Wird der Vorkammerinhalt des Auges von aussen mit Fluorescin gefärbt, so ist das aus der Pupille herausfliessende Kammerwasser kurzfristig als ungefärbte «Blase», deren Volumen photogrammetrisch bestimmbar ist, sichtbar. Das Minutenvolumen ist durch zwei zeitlich getrennte Messungen feststellbar.
